European Energy Transition Conference in Bordeaux
24 Jan 2017 - Bordeaux, France

On 24, 25 § 26 January 2017 the European Energy Transition Conference will be in Bordeaux.

This is the  annual appointment for the local players committed to energy transition and the adaptation to climate change. As they have done every year since 2011, the co-organisers of the event – Bordeaux Métropole, the Dunkirk Urban  Community and the ADEME, are launching a national and international call for contributions in order to build up the programme in a collaborative manner. Contributors have until 20 SEPTEMBER to submit their projects. Last year no less than 200 contributions were received and contributed to making the event a veritable laboratory for ideas and  the sharing of experience. As the first high spot for the local players on the topic of energy in the wake of COP 22,  the 2017 Conference promises to be once again an important European step in the process of debate and the  exchange of ideas on the way to making a success of the energy transition of the regions.
