This privacy policy explains how the “EnergeeWatch project” may collect, store and process your personal data, for which purpose, and what are your data protection rights.
The Energee Watch website is managed by FEDARENE aisbl, Rue de Stassart 131, BE-1050 Brussels on behalf of the project partners of the Energee Watch project. You can find the list of partners on this link.
We collect your personal data when you subscribe to our newsletters and mailing lists , when you answer our survey, when you apply to our leanring programme and when you register to our events;
If your organisation is a participant of the Energee Watch programme or network : as such, your personal data will be included in our mailing database to inform you about our activities;
We may collect your personal data from public sources online in the public domain, whenever your professional activity is directly linked to EnergeeWatch’ activities and working areas.
The personal data we may collect, store and process are: your name and surname, your email address, your phone number, your job position and organisation, and your professional postal address.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletters and mailing list at any time, using the subscription link that you can find in the footer of every message from us.
We might share your personal data with the partners of the EnergeeWatch project for the purpose of the learning programme.
Under no circumstances do we share your personal data with third parties organisations, except if a competent authority demands it or if we have your express permission.
Your personal data will be kept with us until 3 years after the end of the Energee Watch project (2026) or until you notify us that you would like your information to be erased.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
